This explains what we collect when you order from Shelby Paige's Pantry, how it's used, and who helps us process it. Questions? Send us a message.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email, optional phone number, what you ordered, your pickup window, and the order total.
- Messages you send through the contact form (name, email, message).
- Payment: you pay on Stripe's secure page. Your card number never reaches our site or our database. Stripe tells us whether the payment succeeded.
How we use it
- To prepare your order, let you track it, and email you when it's confirmed or ready.
- To answer messages you send us.
- To keep business, accounting and tax records.
We don't sell your information and we don't send marketing email.
Who processes it
- Stripe: payments and refunds.
- Google Firebase: our database and photo storage.
- Vercel: website hosting.
- Resend: sending order and reply emails.
Each handles your data under its own privacy terms.
Cookies and local storage
Your cart is kept in your browser's local storage so it's still there when you come back. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. Staff sign-in uses a cookie that only the bakery team receives.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes. Contact messages are kept until we've dealt with them and a reasonable time after.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing us. Records we're required to keep for tax purposes can't be deleted until the required period ends.
